would just like to say how much I love being able to order needed items
day or night. The website never sleeps and it is easy to use. Once a
year I send one fax of the doctors updated DEA info and it gets
redistributed to all the vendors associated with the website so
easy!! CapsuleNet offers history of previously ordered items for quick
fire orders. I like having the multiple vendor options for individual
drugs. It makes getting the best price easier. Most vendors are also
quick to email when an item is out of stock, or a price change that was
previously not listed on CapsuleNet. I also get confirmation emails of
my orders directly to my inbox and that is very helpful. The staff here
likes having a copy of what is inbound, so that they do not have to
wonder when things are coming in. The overall experience with orders on CapsuleNet is one of no worries as I know the orders will be processed
and merchandise will arrive within a day or two. I like knowing that no
matter when I get a call I can log on and get whatever it is ordered as
the website never sleeps and that in itself just makes my day. Keep up
the good work on your end , whatever your doing it is working!....=)

I just wanted to
take the time to say thank you to you and your wonderful staff.
I have been a CapsuleNet member since its onset. Your
organization has always been there to help me not only with
great prices on the things I use in our busy emergency
practice. On a regular basis I call or email CapsuleNet with
the name of some out or the ordinary item that I would like to
stock. Without fail my request is dealt with within usually a
few hours and never more than a day. Even when you can not get
me the product I receive a most cordial reply. All too often I
deal with a salesperson who when asked about a special product
say to me, “Huh, I never heard of that”. And no offer is made
to look further. CapsuleNet saves me time and my company money.
We all know how badly we need to save money during these tough
times. I am sure the CapsuleNet know that when you help someone

As the Purchasing
Manager of a large 24-hour referral and emergency practice, I don't have
a lot of time to "shop around" for good pricing and availability. As
Capsulenet usually features pricing from 2 or more vendors, I can choose
the lowest price available (have found them quite competitive with other
vendors) and go right on to my next item. I find I can order just about
everything we need in one place! Very convenient!

We have been using CapsuleNet for many years and do 95% of our
ordering through the website. It is convenient to be able to do the
order at any time and from any place. CapsuleNet saves us time
and money. It is like having our own little search engines for
veterinary products. The staff is more than willing to research
products and prices and put them onto the website for easy ordering
the next time.
They are constantly improving the website and making it faster and
easier to use. CapsuleNet has a large selection of distributors and
manufacturers and you can always find what you need at a great
price.
As far as I am concerned CapsuleNet is the only way to order!

I have been using
Capsulenet for 3-4 years now, and have come to rely heavily on it as a
research tool.
As
I started researching and comparing prices, I was amazed! I am the
ultimate bargain shopper, and love getting "deals". I work for
a 6-veterinarian practice, and purchase $40k-$60k a month. Ours is a
very progressive practice, and each veterinarian has specific wants and
needs. Sometimes I feel like pulling my hair out, when each one prefers
a different medication! But ordering is so much simpler with Capsulenet.
I'm able to immediately give them a price quote on the cost of a
proposed medication, and ordering is so much easier because I can do it
on my schedule, rather than trying to squeak in under the wire before a
business closes!
I have never sat down and tried to figure it up, but I would estimate

We have been
using Capsulenet since its inception in the late 90's. It has
been, and continues to be a vital component of our inventory management
program. The prices are fantastic, especially the generics that
are obtained from their connections with human generic manufacturers. Capsulenet
even affords us increased savings through our normal vendors.
Although I haven't calculated our savings over the years, I would expect
them to be quite substantial.
The online ordering process allows my
purchasing agent to order any time, any where she has access to a
computer. Frequently, she will input the orders from home out of
the fray of the clinic.
The web site is intuitive and pretty easy to
use. On a slightly critical note, it would be nice to have
photos available and for the site to be faster, but all in all I can't
complain.
I would highly
recommend all veterinarians to use this program and enjoy the benefits
for themselves.
